Wire Frame Collar.  This open neck collar is made of a specially tempered wire frame adjustable to any height and shape.  Wire frame is liberally padded with foam rubber and covered with easy-to-clean vinyl.  hook 'n pile closure strap attaches to cushioned back piece.
